Position Description:     
Wallace Street Recruitment – Recruitment Consultant

Minimum Qualifications:           
Clinical healthcare experience as an AHPRA Registered Nurse – Division 1 or Division 2 and/or Recruitment Consultant experience within the healthcare industry.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills, commitment to quality and customer service, and computer skills are all essential for the role.

Desirable Qualifications:    
Tertiary qualifications in health care & post graduate qualifications in recruitment

Hours:          
Monday to Friday – fulltime within the office

Duties:
  1. Assisting the Directors with Strategic and Business plans, development and implementation.
  2. Assisting the Directors with day to day Company and Corporate responsibilities.
  3. Recruitment of healthcare professionals, according to approved Wallace Street Recruitment policies and procedures:  inclusive of but not limited to telephone inquiries, screening of recruits, bookings for appointments, conduct Zoom and or personal face-to-face interviews with candidates, CV review, reference checking, placement and follow-up.
  4. Administrative and associated clerical duties as required, for recruitment purposes.
  5. Placement of appropriately screened and qualified personnel to facilities/clients.
  6. Assist with the ongoing coordination and management of onboarding of candidates and clients to ensure the delivery of appropriate levels of service.
  7. Assist with site visits, induction of clients or candidates, initiation and maintenance of clients and candidate records.
  8. Facilitation of the Quality Improvement program, Complaints and Risk Management - within the role.
  9. Marketing to prospective clients and candidates: researching & contacting potential customers.
  10. Management and mentoring of candidates and internal personnel, including performance appraisals as delegated by the Directors and the Recruitment & Operations Manager.
  11. Manage the maintenance and updating of candidate personnel records to ensure qualifications, experience and availability are current along with updating client records
  12. Assist with management and involvement in quality improvement, occupational/ work health and safety, risk management and workers compensation management.
  13. Marketing of Wallace Street Recruitment to current and prospective clients and candidates – including client visits and attendance at candidate functions.
  14. Client relationship management - meeting contractual obligations.
  15. Candidate relationship management.
  16. Attend regular internal office staff meetings which will include as a minimum the updating for the tracker and data base, and weekly updates to the Directors
