Wallace Street Recruitment – Recruitment Consultant
Minimum Qualifications:
Clinical healthcare experience as an AHPRA Registered Nurse – Division 1 or Division 2 and/or Recruitment Consultant experience within the healthcare industry.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills, commitment to quality and customer service, and computer skills are all essential for the role.
Desirable Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in health care & post graduate qualifications in recruitment
Hours:
Monday to Friday – fulltime within the office
Duties:
- Assisting the Directors with Strategic and Business plans, development and implementation.
- Assisting the Directors with day to day Company and Corporate responsibilities.
- Recruitment of healthcare professionals, according to approved Wallace Street Recruitment policies and procedures: inclusive of but not limited to telephone inquiries, screening of recruits, bookings for appointments, conduct Zoom and or personal face-to-face interviews with candidates, CV review, reference checking, placement and follow-up.
- Administrative and associated clerical duties as required, for recruitment purposes.
- Placement of appropriately screened and qualified personnel to facilities/clients.
- Assist with the ongoing coordination and management of onboarding of candidates and clients to ensure the delivery of appropriate levels of service.
- Assist with site visits, induction of clients or candidates, initiation and maintenance of clients and candidate records.
- Facilitation of the Quality Improvement program, Complaints and Risk Management - within the role.
- Marketing to prospective clients and candidates: researching & contacting potential customers.
- Management and mentoring of candidates and internal personnel, including performance appraisals as delegated by the Directors and the Recruitment & Operations Manager.
- Manage the maintenance and updating of candidate personnel records to ensure qualifications, experience and availability are current along with updating client records
- Assist with management and involvement in quality improvement, occupational/ work health and safety, risk management and workers compensation management.
- Marketing of Wallace Street Recruitment to current and prospective clients and candidates – including client visits and attendance at candidate functions.
- Client relationship management - meeting contractual obligations.
- Candidate relationship management.
- Attend regular internal office staff meetings which will include as a minimum the updating for the tracker and data base, and weekly updates to the Directors
