Job Description
AHPRA Registered Nurses – Regional and Metropolitan NSW
- Wallace Street Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurses for our client, a well-respected Aged Care provider
- Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the role as Registered Nurse is to lead and manage a care team to deliver safe and effective clinical and personal care to residents that meets their individual needs and preferences and optimises their health and wellbeing
- You will be responsible for the safe and effective delivery of clinical care including, but not limited to, clinical leadership and management of resident care, ensuring own and team clinical expertise, clinical education of care service staff, medication management, case management, GP liaison, and discharge planning
- You will develop and maintain expert knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards, including residents’ rights and accreditation requirements, and deliver care services accordingly

Essential Criteria:
- AHPRA Nurses’ Registration – unrestricted
- Highly developed clinical skills
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Criminal History Record Check
