Essential Criteria:

• Current AHPRA Registration - Registered Nurse
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Post graduate nursing qualifications and tertiary management or business qualifications (desirable)
• A strong commercial acumen and demonstrated leadership accountability and experience successfully leading organisational change and quality improvement
• A thorough understanding of ACHS principles, processes and procedures
• Sound organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, including computer skills
