Physiotherapists - AHPRA Registered

Are you a Physiotherapist looking for career progression and/or a sea change away from the busy metropolitan area?
 

  • Wallace Street Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic General Physiotherapist to join a well-established, multidisciplinary Allied Health Team, for a hospital group that is located in a beautiful area of regional NSW, near the beach
  • Permanent fulltime and also part-time positions are available, along with short or longterm contract roles
  • This is an excellent opportunity to expand your experience in the hospital sector and also, in the community. 
  • Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, these roles involve acute and post-operative rehabilitation (inpatients and outpatients both 1:1 and group settings), the Injury Management Services, hydrotherapy and delivering education services to community groups both on and offsite
  • Both hospitals have well-appointed rehabilitation pools and there is an opportunity to work within one hospital or across two hospitals in the region
  • Work with a passionate supportive team of professionals in supportive environments

Essential Criteria, Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelor of Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Experience or training in orthopaedics, rehabilitation and musculoskeletal
  • Competent in water safety and hydrotherapy
  • Current Australian driver’s license or equivalent
  • A National Criminal History Record Check and a Working With Children Check
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, interpersonal and communication skills
  • A strong customer and quality focus
  • An ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team based approach
  • An ability to work autonomously and independently when required
  • Well developed organisational and time management skills
  • Commitment to professional development and maintenance of evidence based practice
  • Australian visa working rights
