Danielle has diverse board, management, business, administrative and clinical experience gained in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She has significant health care, aged care and disability sector experience, as well as extensive experience in workforce planning, recruitment of executives and ‘hands on’ clinical staff, quality improvement, governance and risk management.
Danielle has been successful in national and international recruitment with establishment and implementation of business start-ups and recruitment office setups (including within the UK and Ireland), work force planning restructures, mergers and acquisitions, tenders and grant applications.
Danielle has extensive ‘hands-on’ clinical experience as an AHPRA Registered Nurse and Midwife, with additional tertiary post-graduate management qualifications and, is recognised as a Fellow (FRCSA) by the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (Australia & NZ). Danielle is also pro-active in a number of health, ageing and disability industry bodies and, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
